Take Care of You

Women especially, read this a few times.  I love this.  I hear so many excuses for not eating well or exercising.  I know life gets busy.  Women tend to be putting everything else before taking care of themselves, trying to be superwoman while running on nothing good.  You will be a better mom, wife, employee, friend, student, teacher, or any of the other hats you wear, if you take care of you.  

You have to make time.  You have to find time.  Try this week to work on one thing.  Walk 10-15 min a day.  Drink more water.  Eat whole grains.  Eat more vegetables.  Whatever you can do this week.  Celebrate each day you are able to do just a little something different, to take care of you.  Ready, GO!
